20 Great songs made for ads

Tunes like these make commercials worth looking up. From decade old jingles to awesome songs for sometimes not so awesome toys, join me as we count down 20 great songs from ads. To be specific, I'm listing songs made for commercials and not songs from the likes of Lady Gaga or Michael Jackson that were tacked onto commercials.

#20: Chargertron

Pretty rad!

#19: Oreo Bright Ideas

Here's a bright idea: let this jingle caress your eardrums!

#18: Mentos

It's the fresh maker and it has a really fresh jingle to go along with it.

#17: I'm a Toys R Us kid

Bring out the kid in you!

#16: Zack the Lego Maniac

This funky little jingle will turn anyone into a Lego maniac!

#15: Legend of Zelda Japanese Hip Hop

The Japanese really know their music. If you don't believe me, go search up anime theme songs.

#14: SpongeBob Merch

This ad brings us a rather nice parody of the Safety Dance, even if it's sole purpose of existing is to convince kids to buy SpongeBob merchandise.

#13: Thirstiest Time of the Year

This rad remake of a famous Christmas song will leave you longing for a Sprite Cranberry.

#12: Genesis does what Nintendon't

Now you're playing with blast processing!

#11: SuperSonic The Joystick

What it lacks in wires, it more than makes up for with funk!

#10: Things go better with Coke

Have a Coke and a smile!

#9: Give me a Dew

Anyone up for Mountain Dew after this?

#8: In-N-Out Burger That's What It's All About

Sometimes simple is best, as this song proves.

#7: Skip-It

An impossible to master toy, but the theme song's still catchy.

#6: Lisa Loud's Anti-Germ song

Lisa's talents extend far beyond science and chemistry.

#5: Wouldn't you like to be a pepper too?

Why yes I would like to be a pepper!

#4: You Deserve a Break Today

Need a break? McDonald's got you covered.

#3: My Friend Plank

Any Ed Edd N Eddy fan will recognize this tune.

#2: Crossfire

If the future is as awesome as this commercial shows, I'm in!

#1: Segata Sanshiro

If Chuck Norris had a Japanese counterpart, this would be him!

I think I've set up a really nice playlist here.
