10 worst things done by cartoon protagonists

Obviously not every hero is the Superman type. From causing mental breakdowns to torturing enemies for petty reasons, join me as we count down 11 actions done by cartoon "protagonists" that are just horrible. Warning: Some of the screenshots have blood on them. Also a disgusting and currently incurable disease is mentioned. Viewer's discretion is advised.

#10: Johnny from Johnny Test: Taking advantage of a lab experiment gone wrong

Leave it to Johnny to make a bad situation even worse!
Episode: Johnny's Big Dumb Sisters
After Mary and Susan make themselves dumb with their own invention, Johnny takes advantage of their current state for his own amusement. He only opts to turn them back to normal after Dukey reminds him that they won't be able to do his homework without their brains.

#9: Sway Sway from Breadwinners: Trying to force Jenny Quackles to fall in love with him

More like loathe loaf, am I right?
Episode: Love Loaf
Lamenting that the girl he loves doesn't share his affections, Sway Sway decides to force feed her love loaf so that she'd fall in love with him, despite his master's warnings. First he and buhdeuce sneak into a girl scout camp and try to make Jenny eat the loaf. When that fails, they try to sneak into her cabin and feed to her while she's asleep, only to instead affect the camp counselors.

#8: Mr Krabs from Spongebob Squarepants: Scaring Plankton so badly that he tries to off himself

Stuff like this is why this show once suffered seasonal rot.
Episode: One Course Meal
In this infamously terrible episode, Mr. Krabs learns that Plankton is scared to death of whales. So, his course of action is to dress up as his sperm whale daughter Pearl and stalk Plankton in his own home, scaring the bejebus out of him for 18 days. Eventually the paranoia overcomes Plankton and he lays down on a street waiting for a vehicle to run him over. When Mr. Krabs learns about this, he just laughs at the misery of his old friend-turned-arch nemesis. Worst of all, he gets away with his crimes.

#7: Rick from Rick & Morty: Accidentally ruining his original earth beyond repair

We all make mistakes, it's just rare for our mistakes to be this bad!
Episode: Rick Potion #9
Rick makes Morty a special potion that will make him irresistible at a school prom. It works too well, as the girls in the school start fight each other to death to dance with him. After several failed attempts at fixing his mistake result in him turning most of the earth's population into horrifying mantis monsters followed by even more horrifying Jameson monsters, the titular duo abandon the universe for another one where they died and essentially start over from there. As bad as this deed is, it isn't number one because it was an accident and Rick tried to correct it before he switches to a different universe.

#6: Lumpy from Happy Tree Friends: Killing Toothy to sell his body parts for cash

Saved (is what I would say if Lumpy's greed didn't get the best of him)!
Episode: We're Scrooged!
In this episode, Lumpy is the stingy owner of a toy store while Toothy is the one making the toys. During a chatter teeth related accident, Toothy's finger gets chopped off and is mistaken for a toy by Cuddles and Giggles. Seeing this, Lumpy decides to feed Toothy to a box full of the carnivorous wind-up teeth and sell what isn't reduced to a blood stain for money. Karma isn't on Lumpy's side, however, as he is crushed by a large toy shelf, a large safe and a piggy bank right before the episode ends.

#5: Brian Griffin from Family Guy: Giving Stewie Herpies

You go back in time to save your friend's life and this is the thanks you get!
Episode: Herpie The Love Sore
Inspired by something he saw on TV, Stewie wants to become blood brothers with Brian. Brian goes along with this, but neglects to tell Stewie that he has Herpes. When Stewie calls him out on this, Brian just brushes it off like its nothing.

#4: Roger from American Dad: Revenge spree!

Lesson learned: pay Roger for his services or else!
Episode: Virtual In-Stanity
In this episode, alien in disguise Roger attempts to start up his own limo service. His first clients are 5 rowdy teens who leave without paying him once the ride's over. Roger responds to this by hunting each of the boys down and running them over with his limousine, even somehow managing to get it into a bowling alley restroom and onto an airplane. As if that wasn't bad enough, he also blows up the airplane in question and unhooks the parachute of an unsuspecting flight attendant after jumping ship.

#3: Bender from Futurama: Sacrificing his son to the Robot Devil

When even the devil is shocked, you know you've done something awful!
Episode: The Beast with a Billion Backs
Bender needs an army to save his friends, but the Robot Devil will only give him one if he sacrifices his own son. After a heartfelt reunion, Bender brings his son to Robot Hell and throws him into a vat of molten metal, with no hesitation or remorse. Even the Robot Devil himself was shocked to see him do this so casually.

#2: Cartman from South Park: What he did to Scott Tenorman

And this is just one of the horrible things this fat bastard has done!
Episode: Scott Tenorman Must Die
After classmate Scott Tenorman scams him out of $20, Cartman plots his revenge. After his plan to have a horse bite Scott's groin off fails, Cartman has his parents gunned down and ground into his chili. To make things worse, he has Scott's favorite band insult him for crying and then literally drinks some of his tears.

#1: Ren from Ren & Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon: Pretty much all of Ren Seeks Help

If you thought Ren was bad in the original show, wait till you see what his Adult Party version is like...
Episode: Ren Seeks Help
After making Stimpy Cry, Ren goes to a psychiatrist to find out what's wrong with him. Turns out, his childhood involved ripping legs off of caterpillars, licking ticks with a hooked tongue, burning ants and causing a poor frog unbelievable torture, later refusing to put him out of his misery. When his psychiatrist calls him crazy, Ren responds by viciously scratching him and beating him to death with his own gun. When animal control come to take him away, he bites the hand off one of the workers before they overpower him.

You know what they say: You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain. If you know of any more horrible deeds done by the supposedly good guys, the comment section for this post is for you. I'll see you later. Have a good day or night depending on what time it is.
