10 Way too dangerous internet challenges

Some people will do literally anything to be internet famous. From setting yourself on fire to depriving yourself of an essential activity for as long as possible, join me as we count down 10 internet challenges so dangerous you could easily call them forms of suicide. Warning: this list contains challenges that can result in your death. Viewers discretion is advised and I highly suggest you don't even think of doing any of these challenges. Side note: I will not be covering any paranormal games as they could fill a list all their own.

#10: Chubby Bunny

Newsflash! Trying to swallow this many marshmallows at once is a really bad idea!
The goal of this challenge is to shove as many marshmallows into your mouth as possible and say the phrase "chubby bunny". As tasty as marshmallows are, shoving a whole bunch of them in your mouth at once is a one way ticket to self asphyxiation street.

#9: Cinnamon challenge

So good for baking and yet so bad to swallow alone. Irony strikes again!
The goal of this challenge is to swallow a spoonful of cinnamon without drinking anything. What those doing this don't tell is that the spice dries your mouth and throat and in worse case scenarios can choke you to death if you try to ingest too much.

#8: Duct tape challenge

So many great uses... This is not one of them!
The goal of this challenge is to have yourself wrapped up in duct tape and try to break free as fast as possible. Besides the obvious bondage undertone, this challenge also offers the risk of you falling and breaking your neck as you struggle against the tape.

#7: Cold water challenge

Meet the ice bucket challenge's far worse ancestor!
The goal of this challenge is to dive into a large body of very cold water. Can anyone say hypothermia?

#6: Salt and ice challenge

The goal of this challenge is to put salt on your skin and then placing an ice cube on the salted area and endure the pain as long as possible. The thing is, putting salted ice on your skin can cause serious burns, ironically considering its ice your using.

#5: Car surfing

This kind of activity should be reserved for the waves, dude!
The goal of this challenge is to stand on top of a car as its moving at a fast rate. The main draw of it is seeing how long you can stay afloat before you crash into the pavement or end up under the over 1 ton vehicle.

#4: Pass out challenge

Last time I checked, most people's hobbies didn't involve intentionally knocking themselves out! Image courtesy of VectorStock.
The goal of this challenge is to hold your breath as long as possible before you pass out. What the millions of people doing this don't tell is that holding your breath for too long cuts off oxygen to your brain and can result in you falling into something that can kill you instantly.

#3: Tide Pod challenge

Things like these belong nowhere near your mouth!
The goal of this challenge is to swallow Tide Pods. Because nothing says delicious after dinner treat like tiny pods containing loads of laundry cleaning materials!

#2: Sleep deprivation challenge

No amount of caffeine can replace getting a good night's rest!
The goal of this challenge is to keep yourself awake for as many nights as possible. One important thing to note is depriving yourself of sleep can cause you to experience brain damage and make you hallucinate.

#1: Fire challenge

Doing this challenge is just asking to be burnt to ashes!
The goal of this game is to set yourself on fire and then put yourself out as quickly as possible. Need I say more?

The best advice I can give for doing these challenges is to not even think about doing them. The risk of getting yourself killed is just too high. Also I apologize if the dark comedy of this post is off putting to you. If you can think of any other internet challenges that can cause your downfall, be sure to mention some in the comments. I'll see you later. Have a happy Halloween.

20 Messed up Pokedex entries

Those fighting monsters might not be so cute when you read their backstories. From ghost Pokemon who used to be human to insects that are taken over by fungus, join me as we count down 20 @#$%ed up descriptions brought to us by the Pokedex. Warning: This post contains factoids that might just ruin your childhood. Viewer's discretion is advised.

#20: Cubone

Wears the skull of its deceased mother. Its cries echo inside the skull and come out as a sad melody.
There's a reason this guy cries so much. The skull on its head use to belong to its mother, who died while giving birth to it.

#19: Mimikyu

Its actual appearance is unknown. A scholar who saw what was under its rag was overwhelmed by terror and died from the shock.
This Pokémon wants to be loved so much that it dresses up like series mascot Pikachu. Underneath the costume is a form so horrifying that those who see it die of fright.

#18: Komala

It is born asleep, and it dies asleep. All its movements are apparently no more than the results of it tossing and turning in its dreams.
This Pokemon is proof that even the cutest animals hold a dark secret. This guy spends his whole life asleep, from birth to death, completely unaware of the land of the living.

#17: Houndoom

If you are burned by the flames it shoots from its mouth, the pain will never go away.
If you thought regular angry guard dogs were bad, wait until you hear this. The pain from this dogs fire breath never goes away.

#16: Gorebyss

Although Gorebyss is the very picture of elegance and beauty while swimming, it is also cruel. When it spots prey, this Pokémon inserts its thin mouth into the prey's body and drains the prey of its body fluids.
Despite its cute appearance, this Pokémon is closer to an assassin bug than a mermaid. Any lifeform unlucky enough to meet one risks having its bodily fluids sucked up like a milkshake.

#15: Glalie

Glalie has the ability to freely control ice. For example, it can instantly freeze its foe solid. After immobilizing its foe in ice, this Pokémon enjoys eating it in leisurely fashion.
It's alright to eat other animals to survive. What isn't alright, however, is freezing your prey solid and eating them as slowly as possible!

#14: Cacturn

If a traveler is going through a desert in the thick of night, Cacturne will follow in a ragtag group. The Pokémon are biding their time, waiting for the traveler to tire and become incapable of moving.
The Pokedex never says what these Pokemon do to tired dessert travelers, but if they wait for their victims to become too tired to move, we can assure it ain't pretty.

#13: Banette

A doll that became a Pokémon over its grudge from being junked. It seeks the child that disowned it.
This guy might sport a smile, but he holds a deep seeded hatred and desire for revenge against the child who threw it away when it was a simple doll.

#12: Heatmor

Using their very hot, flame-covered tongues, they burn through Durant’s steel bodies and consume their insides.
These guys prey on the giant steel ants known as Durants, but they need a method of actually eating their prey. What better way then cooking them from the inside out, while they're briefly alive?

#11: Parasect

A host-parasite pair in which the parasite mushroom has taken over the host bug. Prefers damp places.
The scariest thing about this is that it's what some real world bugs go through!

#10: Gourgeist

It enwraps its prey in its hairlike arms. It sings joyfully as it observes the suffering of its prey.

It may look cute, but this jack-o-lantern-like Pokémon is a straight up sadist.

#9: Muk

Its body is made of a powerful poison. Touching it accidentally will cause a fever that requires bed rest.
This Pokemon is the definetion of walking biohazard.

#8: Duskclops

Anyone who dares peer into its body to see its spectral ball of fire will have their spirit stolen away.
Its body is hollow except for a spectral fireball. If you see it, your soul gets taken.

#7: Jellicent

The fate of the ships and crew that wander into Jellicent's habitat: all sunken, all lost, all vanished.
Yes this jellyfish looks kinda like fat heads, but they are no laughing matter. They're essentially the krakens of the Pokemon verse.

#6: Yamask

Each of them carries a mask that used to be its face when it was a person. Sometimes they look at it and cry.
If you think that's bad, they can then evolve into golden coffins that turn any humans they eat into mummies.

#5: Phantump

According to old tales, these Pokémon are stumps possessed by the spirits of children who died while lost in the forest.
These guys may look cute, but they used to be human children before they died in the woods. Even worse, they involve into horrifying tree monsters

#4: Darkrai

It chases people and Pokémon from its territory by causing them to experience deep, nightmarish slumbers.
Darkrai's powers are just as dark as its appearance. Just ask anyone whose experienced them.

#3: Chandelure

Being consumed in Chandelure's flame burns up the spirit, leaving the body behind.
This is just one example of a Pokemon that feeds on souls. Why are there so many Pokemon that feed on souls?!

#2: Yveltal

When its life comes to an end, it absorbs the life energy of every living thing and turns into a cocoon once more.
Now we know who the Pokemon incarnation of death is.

#1: Giratina

It was banished for its violence. It silently gazed upon the old world from the Distortion World.
What better Pokemon to take the top spot than the closest thing the Pokemon universe has to Satan? This horrific monster was banished to the distortion world for its violent tendencies. That sounds bad enough, but it gets worse when you considered that none of the Pokemon mentioned before this one were banished to anyplace. That means whatever this thing did was worse than devouring souls, burning prey from the inside out, turning children into ghosts and even causing mass extinctions when you die.

With about a thousand Pokemon to cover, there's bound to be plenty of examples that I missed. Feel free to leave some suggestions in the comments section. I'll see you later. Have a happy Halloween!

15 Nightmarish moments in kids Cartoons

Sometimes even the shows aimed at the youngest children can have some f@#$ed up material. From stop motion creatures from Hell to actual nightmares, join me as we countdown 15 surprisingly messed-up scenes from cartoons aimed at kids. Warning: Even if you're an adult, these scenes can be pretty hard to watch. Viewer's discretion is advised.

#15: SpongeBob SquarePants: Fusion gone wrong

And this is the least disturbing thing on this list!
Episode: SquidBob TentaclePants
SpongeBob and Squidward spend most of the episode fused together thanks to Sandy's latest invention. In the end, her device backfires and causes herself, Patrick, Larry, Pearl, Mrs. Puff and Mr. Krabs to fuse with them. The image is over quickly, but it leaves a lasting impression.

#14: Tom & Jerry: Tom dreams about going to Hell

Thank Heaven this is only a dream!
Episode: Heavenly Puss
This episode might just be a dream, but that does nothing to limit the nightmare factor. After dying, Tom finds himself in front of a cat St Peter, who tells him that he can't enter heaven because of his constant torment of Jerry. He tries to make amends, but his attempts are in vain and he ends up falling into Hell, where a devil version of Spike the bulldog prepares to torture him for all eternity. As if that wasn't bad enough, near the beginning of the episode we get to see 3 kittens tied up in a wet bag, hinting that they've been drowned.

#13: Thomas The Tank Engine: Henry gets bricked up

Thankfully, he's let out of this tunnel in the next episode.
Episode: The Sad Story of Henry
Henry gets a new paint job and he likes it so much that he refuses to leave his tunnel for fear of the rain ruining it. After several failed attempts of forcing him to move, the Fat Controller has his tracks removed and a large brick wall built in front of him, effectively tombing him within the tunnel. He ends up trapped in the tunnel so long that he becomes too weak to even respond when Gordon mocks him. All he can do is watch the outside world and think about what he's done.

#12: Angry Beavers: Zombie attack!

Where's the Electric Blueberry when you need her?!
Episode: Open Wide for Zombies
Norb and Dag discover a hut in a bayou owned by an old woman. Unfortunately, she turns out to be a voodoo witch and she has a large army of zombies at her disposal. While still a fairly comedic episode, there's no denying that the zombies look absolutely terrifying, plus it was scary to think what would happen to the beavers if the zombies caught them.

#11: Rugrats: Angelica's nightmare

After this dream, I don't blame Angelica for wanting to stay an only child.
Episode: Angelica's Worst Nightmare
In this episode, Angelica dreams of what it would be like if she had a younger brother. The dream starts out normal enough, but it becomes horrifying when her baby brother starts chasing her with intent to kill. He grows larger and larger until he becomes the size of a building and when he finally catches Angelica, he proceeds to swallow her whole.

#10: Pingu: Pingu's walrus tormentor

If you listen closely, you can hear hundreds of Pingu fans running for the nearest hiding places!
Episode: Pingu's Dream
During a nightmare, Pingu's bed comes to life and starts walking. Things take a turn for the worse, however, as a gigantic walrus appears out of nowhere and starts tormenting the poor penguin. His mannerisms and creepy laugh just add the the disturbing nature of this episode.

#9: Ren & Stimpy: Ren's psychopathic jealousy

Still nowhere near as bad as Ren Seeks Help...
Episode: Stimpy's Fan Club
Stimpy gets tons of fan mail while Ren gets nothing. His jealousy slowly consumes him and before long, we see him debating with himself whether or not to kill his best friend in his sleep. Over time, his thoughts become more and more disturbing, the visuals become more and more menacing, eventually leading to a scene were all we see are Ren's face and hands coming out of darkness. Thankfully, these sequences end when Stimpy gives Ren his own fan letter.

#8: Star Vs The Forces of Evil: Hungry Larry

Imagine this guy being part of Ludo's army!
In this episode, Star and Marco hire a ghost to turn the latter's house into a haunted house attraction. While it starts out silly, things quickly take a turn for the worse as Larry starts eating the trick or treaters and eventually even Star is incapacitated. If not for Marco's father, Hungry Larry would've won in the end.

#7: Courage the Cowardly Dog: Pretty much the whole show

This show was made for Halloween!
Honestly it's difficult to find an episode of this show that didn't have nightmare fuel. Between murderous felines, terrifying CGI  ghosts, shaving obsessed lunatics and straight up demons, this show has more than enough material to scar any child for life.

#6: Villainous: What happens to Vilgax

Yeeeesh!
In the episode "Guide for an Evil Conquest, Dr. Flug shows his 5 points for successful villainy while review the Ben 10 villain Vilgax. Near the end, Dr. Flug gives Vilgax a Black Hat branded Omnitrix. When he tries to transform into Black Hat, he instead turns into a monstrous hybrid of the 2, the Black Hat half eats the Vilgax half and the whole abomination gets sucked right into the Omnitrix. Understandably, Flug responds by burning the device.

#5: Powerpuff Girls: The future where Him wins

This guy isn't this show's version of Satan for no reason!
Episode: Speed Demon
In this episode, the girls fly so fast that travel many years into the future. Him takes over Townsville in this future and he wastes no time turning the town into a hellish landscape where everyone is sickly and miserable. In the climax, the townsfolk surround the girls and remind them that they've abandoned the town to this fate. Luckily, the girls are able to travel back to the present and prevent this future from happening.

#4: Invader Zim: Zim's organ hunt

Thank God this scene was obscured by shadows!
Episode: Dark Harvest
Zim fears that the nurse will discover his alien nature once she examines him, so he steal the organs of the human students while replacing them with various random objects. As the episode progresses, more and more students get their organs graphically ripped out and Zim gets more obese from eating them. Dib tries to stop him, but in the end he is Zim's final victim...

#3: Avatar: The Legend of Korra: Korra's torture

This gives torture a whole new level of pain!
Episode: Venom of the Red Lotus
In this episode, Korra is captured by the Red Lotus and they torture her by bending toxic liquid into her skin. All the while, her body contorts horribly until she enters the Avatar state and promptly massacre's the cult, only stopping when she passes out from the poison. While she survives, she suffers serious physical and psychological damage from the encounter.

#2: Gravity Falls: Weirdamagedden

And we thought Bill was just a harmless triangle at first.
In this 3-part series finale, Bill Cipher manages to escape the dream world and turns Gravity Falls into a hellish landscape. To list a few things that happen during this time: Bill captures a large number of the population and turns them into a possibly conscious throne of agony (even he doesn't know), reality distorting bubbles scatter the land and Bill's gruesome friends roam the land, torturing any humans they encounter. Thankfully, the main characters are able to reverse this horrible event and kill Bill once and for all.

#1: Teen Titans: Trigon's invasion

Quite an accurate depiction of the apocalypse, if I say so myself.
Episode: The End
If you thought Bill Cipher's Hell on earth was bad, you haven't seen this one. After Raven is forced to complete her prophecy, her father Trigon invades Earth and it isn't pretty. Demonic entities roam the land, most of the planets population are turned into statues, the skies turn blood red and Trigon himself sits in the middle of it all, watching the carnage from a giant throne. Thankfully, the combined efforts of the Teen Titans and Slade (who mainly came to reclaim his soul from the satanic figure) are enough to banish him from Earth.

I swear, some of these shows should've been put on Adult Swim. If you know of some other moments in kids shows that were traumatizing, feel free to tell me in the comment section. I'll see you later. Have a happy Halloween.

10 Worst episodes of good cartoons

Sometimes even the best cartoons have moments fans wish never happened. From mean spirited to going against their own strengths, join me as we count down 10 horrible stains on the otherwise clean records of these shows.

#10: Ed Edd N Eddy: Smile For The Ed

If you're gonna punish Eddy, at least wait until he returns to his scamming ways!
Eddy is about to get his yearbook photo taken, but Kevin messes it up. To make things worse, he sells copies of Eddy's bad photo to the other kids. The Eds hide Kevin's copy machine in a locker and try to take a better photo of Eddy, but Kevin messes that one up just as its about to happen and the locker holding the copy machine explodes. The Eds are forced to stay after school and clean the thousands of copies up while Kevin and the other kids get away scot free for torturing Eddy.

#9: The Original Powerpuff Girls: Town N Out

There are better ways of showing a realistic take on superheroes and that way does not involve torturing the good doers!
The girls and the Professor move to a new city called Citysville (really creative name, I know). For almost the entire episode, the girls are made fun of by the other towns folk, while their crime fighting activities get put on hold by an uncaring teacher. When they finally get to stop some bank robbers, they destroy a bridge in the process and the understandably angry mayor signs a bill that makes all superpowers illegal in Citysville. They finally move back to Townsville (again, really creative name) upon finding out that the Professor also hated the city.

#8: Arthur: Arthur's Big Hit

Given how long this show's gone on, it was inevitable they'd screw something up.
Arthur builds a model airplane, but D.W won't stop messing with despite her brother repeatedly telling her to. She eventually throws it out the window and breaks it, to which the fed up Arthur punches her. When word gets out to Arthur's friends, he is belittled endlessly and eventually Binky punches Arthur after succumbing to peer pressure. Arthur's parents offer him no sympathy, saying that he deserves it for hitting D.W, who suffers no consequences for her actions.

#7: SpongeBob SquarePants: Ink Lemonade

This episode probably wouldn't be out of place in seasons 5 through early 9, but this was made after the show started recovering from its season rot!
Patrick's lemonade stand isn't doing so well until he finds a secret ingredient: The ink Squidward shoots out when he's startled. Patrick then spends the rest of the episode scaring the nonexistent pants off of Squidward to get more "lemonade", eventually building a haunted house attraction and forcing the poor octopus to endure it. Squidward eventually finds out about Patrick's latest scheme and tries to take the business over, but the customers run off after finding out what they were drinking. The episode ends with SpongeBob and Patrick giving Squidward cookies that were laced with spider eggs, which hatch and storm out of his mouth.

#6: Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends: Everyone Knows It's Bendy

You wanna punch your computer screen, don't you?
Foster's home gets a new "friend" in the form of Bendy, an obnoxious little furball who does all sorts of naughty things and gets the main characters blamed for them by playing the innocent little child card. Bloo finally tries to get him busted using an elaborate that involves taking a picture of Bendy stealing a cookie and gluing the photo to his hand, but the little trap results in the house suffering heavy water damage due to Bloo breaking the sinks. So while Bendy is finally found out, Bloo is the one who gets into more trouble and Bendy ultimately wins in the end.

#5: Hey Arnold!: Arnold Betrays Iggy

Even Arnold can only take so much.
Arnold finds out cool kid Iggy wears bunny pajamas and swears to keep his discovery a secret. At school, Sid and Stinky find out about Iggy's little secret and tell the rest of the school, turning Iggy into a laughing stock. Arnold spends the rest of the episode trying to make it up to Iggy, but he refuses to accept Arnold's apology unless he does the walk of shame, which involves walking down the street in bunny pajamas in-front of a laughing crowd. Iggy finds out that Arnold didn't break his promise thanks to Sid and Stinky, but it's to late to stop the walk from happening. In the end, Iggy tries to apologize to Arnold, but Arnold refuses to even look him in the eyes.

#4: The Amazing World of Gumball: The Girlfriend

"Ooh, an episode where a bully treats everyone else like crap and gets away with it? My favorite!" Said nobody, ever.
Notorious bully Jamie forces Darwin to be her boyfriend while she bullies the other students and even the staff. Darwin is unwilling to tell her he isn't her boyfriend despite Gumball trying to convince him. Eventually Jamie starts to stalk Gumball with intent to maim, but she stops herself upon seemingly figuring out love is something earn. Just when things seem to be ending happily, Darwin shows up and tells her about earning love and Jamie, thinking he's calling her stupid, responds by pummeling him.

#3: The Simpsons: The Boys of Bummer

The show might've gotten a little stale after so many years, but even so this is inexcusable!
Most of Springfield's population turns on Bart after he loses a softball game. They throw beer at him, insult him constantly and even make songs saying that he sucks. Lisa takes him to see a famous baseball player and just when things are starting to look good for Bart, the former pro starts insulting him upon hearing his name. Eventually the emotional torment drives Bart to attempt suicide and an angry mobs starts chanting that he sucks while he's unconscious in the hospital until Marge finally chews them out. To make up for it, they stage a rematch and see to it that Bart catches the fly ball this time.

#2: The Loud House: No Such Luck

You want a little time to yourself and suddenly your family wants nothing to do with you!
Lynn accuses Lincoln of being bad luck after she lost a baseball game that he attended and he decides to spread the rumor so he can spend some time to himself. It goes wrong quickly, however, when they board up his room, force him to sleep outside and straight up lock him out of the house. He manages to sneak into a baseball game that his family is attending by disguising as a mascot and they believe he's good luck... but only with the squirrel costume on.

#1: The Fairly Oddparents before season 6: It's A Wishful Life

Treated like crap for doing good deeds, finding out the world would be better off with you out of existence and almost sent to essentially hell for making the world a better place. Is it any wonder Timmy became more jerkish as the show went on?
In this episode, Timmy wishes he was never born after his friends and family treat him like crap after he did something nice for them. Jorgen shows him what the world would be better off without him. His parents are millionares and have a daughter, Francis is a kind jock instead of a bully, Chester has Cosmo and Wanda and uses their magic for good deeds, ect. Eventually Timmy tricks Jorgen into falling into a pit and decides to wish himself back into existence, but decides against it. Fortunately, Jorgen revives him since he passed a secret test of character.

  • Various Wikis (Yeah I know, big surprise)
Well this wasn't the most pleasant list to make. If you like any of these episodes and/or can think of some other disappointments from otherwise fantastic cartoons, fell free to leave your suggestions in the comments. I'll see you later. Have a good day or night depending on what time it is.
